Danger…

“To reach our final goal, every method is acceptable.” Yes, these words belong to Fethullah Gulen. The methods include lying and cheating, so that the “service” would not stop. The most important quality of what Gulen’s followers call “service” is its secrecy and concealment. This secrecy would continue until the movement is powerful enough. This is the fundamental philosophy of Gulen congregation.

The goal of Fethullah Gulen: To establish a theocratic Islamic dictatorship by implementing Islamic
convictions in all governmental systems. To reach this goal, he carefully portrays himself as a tolerant, peaceful and moderate leader of his congregation.

Fethullah Gulen is concealing his real intention of eliminating the secular, democratic and constitutional state of Turkish Republic that was established by Turkey’s founding father Ataturk and his reforms, and replacing it with a regime based on Sharia Law, under the guise of a moderate appearance. Because Fethullah Gulen realized that he would not succeed by fighting the established system head on, he chose a political strategy of crushing the system from the inside by acting as he actually has peace with it. That’s why he chose his first targets as the Turkish military, security forces and the police to organize within these institutions.

Today, Fethullah Gulen has the most powerful and effective extremist political movement in Turkey, due to the secrecy of his activities, support of his disciples and his determined and centralized management.

This man owns and operates charter schools in USA –through various foundations- despite the fact his Madrasas were outlawed in countries like Russia and Uzbekistan. His schools were under investigation in the Netherlands. Plus, the origin of his immense wealth, over $25 billion which he used to open and operate these schools all over the world, is unclear.

Gulen group owns and operates 199 schools and 201 learning centers with a total of 25,000 student capacity, and 240 dormitories in Turkey. These schools that are under the control of Gulen group, have turned into fundamentalist religious schools which are preferred by Turkey’s ultra-religious people, after the Turkish government closed the middle schools that used to train imams. These schools are supported by over 200 privite businesses and 200 foundations.

In Turkey, Gulen’s vast fortune has been used to create the ruling Justice and Democratic Party (Adalet ve Kalkinma, AKP), which has gained control of the government. Gulen and Erdogan’s close relationship goes back decades before these events.

Gülen and Erdogan were both students and followers of Sheikh Sa’id-i Kurdi (1878-1960), also known as Sa’id-i Nursi, the founder of the Islamist Nur movement. After Turkey’s new Republic was established, Kurdi demanded, in an address to the new parliament, that the new republic be based on Islamic principles. He turned against Atatürk and his reforms and against the new modern, secular, Western republic.

All followers of Gulen are also admitted to Nur movement and are called Nurcu, meaning following of Nur.

With the full financial support of Gulen, Erdogan’s AKP started the Islamization of the Turkish society. During the AKP’s first term in government, the Erdoğan government changed textbooks, emphasized religion courses, and transferred thousands of certified imams from their positions in the Directorate of Religious Affairs, to positions as teachers and administrators in Turkey’s public schools. Gulen’s influence on the Erdogan administration continues in full force.

Gulenist organization and activities act as another government within the government, and as an alternative to department of education. Administrators and teachers for the Gulen’s schools are selected from the top levels of Gulen’s groups.

Gulen’s Nurcu group continues its efforts to seize all branches of the government to establish an Islamic Republic based on Shariah Law, instead of secular, democratic and constitutional government of Turkey.

Fethullah Gulen’s Nurcu group’s first target was Department of Education, Department of Justice and Turkish Military, police and other security forces. It focused its infiltration by staffing these departments with Gulen followers and fundementalists, especially the Department of Education.

Among all the fundamentalist groups outside of Turkey, Gulenists’ are the ones who are most
prominent. Gulen, realizing that USA and the Christian West could be a real threat for his movement, carefully decided to act as a moderate religious leader.

Gulen cult has shown its true colors of extremism and fundamentalism during the Gezi Park protests in Turkey. The police force that is full of Gulen’s Nurcu followers have treated young protestors with a viciousness and monstrosity that only an outside enemy could be that cruel. They beat and tortured unarmed peaceful protestors and directly aimed the tear gas canister to cause fatalities and blindness. Gulen and Erdogan, understanding that the protest was against their extremist agenda and for the secular Republic, have unleashed their well trained and brainwashed police force on the people mercilessly.

In conclusion, our fellow Americans, please take heed and be very very careful about this man and his activities in your own country. If this person has tried to topple a secular democracy in Turkey, do not trust that he will not try or at least plant the seeds of fundamentalist, extremist Islam in USA. Why is all this secrecy? Demand full transparency and check his schools and business tax records. Follow the money, so to speak. Where does the money come and where does it go? Demand a full investigation of his activities in your country, before it is too late.

Thank you for listening
